    * 5 tablespoon buttermilk (5 tbsp water plus 3 3/4 tbsp SACO)
    * 1 tbsp egg substitute, lightly beaten
    * 3/4 teaspoon unsweetened apple sauce
    * 2 tablespoons and 3/4 teaspoon fresh or frozen blueberries
    * CRUNCHY TOPPING:
    * 1 tablespoon and 1/2 teaspoon quick-cooking oats
    * 1-3/4 teaspoons chopped slivered almonds
    * 1-3/4 teaspoons packed brown sugar
    * 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
