- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup agave nectar
1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce (could use extra-virgin olive oil to substitute!)
1/2 cup almond butter
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup of dark chocolate bar broken into chunks (I used dark chocolate chips)
1 banana
