1/2 onion, diced
3/4 c. frozen corn
1 can green chiles, with juices
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
3/4 c. fat free cottage cheese
1/2 c. fat free milk
3/4 c. low fat (can use fat free, just adjust) yogurt
6 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
salt and black pepper to taste
