Christy's Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

    1 medium head cauliflower, cut into small flowerettes
    2 crowns broccoli, cut into small flowerettes
    4 medium carrots, thinly sliced
    3 stalks celery, thinly sliced
    2 medium zuchinni, quarted and thinly sliced
    2 medium summer squash, quartered and thinly sliced
    2 cups green cabbage, chopped
    1 cup red cabbage, chopped
    2 cups fresh spinach
    1 carton Kitchen Basics Unsalted Vegetable Cooking Stock
    2 15 oz. cans Hunt's Tomatoes Dice No Salt Added
    1 8oz can Hunt's Tomato Sauce, No Salt Added
    1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
    1/4 cup dehydrated onion flakes
    1/4 cup dried Basil
    2 T dried Oregano Leaves
    2 T dried Parsley
    1 T garlic powder
    1 T coarse ground black pepper
    1/2 T chili powder no salt added ( I use Gebhardt Brand)
    1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
    3 1/2 cups water
