Heaping Tbsp Better Than Bouillon Vegetable Base
1 tsp Salt

Pureed Lentils, Tomatoes And Spices. For Week 2 Forward.No Garlic, Onions Or Potatoes.Also Great Not Pureed/Hot Or Cold.
