Salmon With Piccadilly Salsa

Ingredients

    1 pound Wild Salmon fillets (fully thawed)
    4 tbsp Country Crock Light Margrine

    Salsa Ingredients:
    1 red pepper, dried
    1/2 cup minced sweet onions
    1/2 cup diced pineapple (unsweetened)
    3 tbls minced fresh parsley or cilantro
    1/3 cup minced gherkins (pickling cucumbers, they are smaller than regular cucumbers)
    1 tbls lemon juice
    Salt and Cayenne Pepper to tast
