- 1 cup Yellow Cornmeal
1 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup soy milk
1 large egg
1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
1/4 tsp chili powder (optional)
Description
I Wanted To Show That My Toaster Oven Was Useful For More Than Just Small Warm-ups And Toast. I Tried A Corn Bread And I Was Very Pleased With The Results. Obviously, This Can Be Done In A Full Size Oven, But It Worked Well. Oh, And I Used My Magic Bullet
