Ingredients

    200g carrots, peeled
    100g radishes
    2 crunchy eating apples (188g)
    1 small handful of raisins or sultanas (14g)
    1 handful of fresh mint, roughly chopped
    2.5 tablespoons sherry or red wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    3/4 tablespoon tahini
    sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
    1.5 tablespoons sesame seeds
