2 tsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup small zucchini, diced (did not have zucchini so used red and yellow peppers)
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped (did not use)
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
1 jar pasta sauce
2 cans tuna, drained
1/2 cup sliced pitted rip olives (optional)
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
sprinkle salt
sprinkle onion powder
sprinkle garlic powder
