    1/4 teaspoon cayenne
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
    1 cup peanuts, no salt
    1/2 lb. frozen stir fry vegetables
    1/2 cup water
    1 tbsp rice vinegar
    1 tbsp vegetarian stir fry sauce ("oyster" sauce)
    1 tbsp molasses
    2 tsp cornstarch
    1/4 tsp chili garlic sauce
    2 tbsp corn oil (or other vegetable oil), divided
