1 egg or ¼ C egg substitute or 2 egg whites
2 Tab margarine, melted
1 C all-purpose flour
1/3 C finely chopped dried apricots
¼ C chopped nuts
3 Tab granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt (optional)
