1 can sweet corn (1.75 cups)
6 tablespoons sour cream, reduced fat
Homemade Salsa:
3 plum tomatoes
1 slice sweet onion
1/2 jalapeno pepper
2 cloves garlic
juice from 1/2 lime
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp chili powder
dash of salt
grind in food processor until desired consistency is reached
