Italian Sausage Soup

Ingredients

1 medium onion; chopped

3 stalks celery; diced

1 large carrot; diced

1 Tbsp minced garlic

8 oz (1 pkg) Italian turkey sausage

4 cups fat free chicken broth

1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes

1 (6 oz) can tomato paste

1 Tbsp dried basil

1/2 Tbsp oregano

1 tsp Kosher salt (to taste)

Black pepper (to taste)

1/2 cup uncooked whole wheat macaroni

2 cups bagged baby spinach leaves

Parmesan cheese (optional)

This Soup Is Quick And Easy To Prepare. You Can Substitute Any Small Shaped Pasta.
