    1 teaspoon snipped fresh tarragon or basil or 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon or basil, crushed
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon paprika
    1 leaf lettuce
    1 6- to 7-inch whole wheat flour tortillas
    1/2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced

    Mixed fruit salad
    1/2 cup melon
    1/4 cup chopped berries
    1/4 cup grapes
