  • 1 tablespoon water

  • Salad:
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Spanish smoked paprika
  • Dash of ground red pepper
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skinned

  • 8 cups torn romaine lettuce
