  • 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 4 Hoisin-Marinated Pork Chops, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped dry-roasted peanuts
