  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup cilantro sprigs
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint
  • 1 small cucumber (about 6 ounces), peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded, and thinly sliced
