- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup cilantro sprigs
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint
- 1 small cucumber (about 6 ounces), peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded, and thinly sliced
