  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (8-ounce) package presliced mushrooms
  • 1 pound peeled and deveined large shrimp, each cut into 3 pieces
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)
