Ingredients

250 g Potatoes peeled and sliced into 1cm/in cubes 6 tablespoons Olive Oil 1 Onion peeled and sliced 8 free range Eggs 100 ml Single Cream 1 teaspoon Salt 1 tablespoon fresh marjoram chopped 125 g Chorizo Sausages sliced 125 g Feta cheese crumbled

Description

Preheat The Oven To 180C/350F/Gas 4. Place The Potatoes Into A Saucepan Of Boiling Water. Boil For Five Minutes, Or Until Just Cooked. Do Not Overcook The Potatoes Or They Will Go Mushy. Drain The Potatoes Of The Excess Water And Set Aside. Heat A 25cm/10
