  • 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted for 3-4 minutes
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. fat-free, reduced-sodium chicken broth, plus more if needed
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro, for garnish
