1/4 cup rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons salad oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 8 3/4-ounce can whole baby corn, drained
1 cup fresh pea pods or 1/2 of a 6-ounce package frozen pea pods, thawed
2 cups shredded cabbage
8 ounces cooked lean pork, cut into bite-size strips (1 1/2 cups)
1/2 of a 14-ounce can straw mushrooms (1 cup) or one 6-ounce can whole mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup sliced radishes
Bok choy leaves
2 teaspoons sesame seed, toasted
