Blackened Fish Salad

Ingredients

1 pound fresh or frozen catfish, cod, pollack, red snapper, or haddock fillets, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
3 cups torn red-tipped leaf lettuce or leaf lettuce
3 cups torn spinach
2 medium oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
1 small red sweet pepper, cut into thin, bite-size strips (1/2 cup)
3 tablespoons snipped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1 1/2 teaspoons snipped fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 teaspoon snipped fresh sage or 1/4 teaspoon ground sage
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
2/3 cup Zesty Buttermilk Dressing
