1 cup slivered almonds, toasted and chopped fine
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons rum, dark or light
2 tablespoons peach shnapps
red (strawberry or cherry) , and yellow (lemon) gelatin powder
fresh mint leaves
