1/2 cup roasted red bell pepper, peeled and roughly chopped
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup fresh basil
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
