  • 2 x 250g tubs mascarpone
  • 115.0g caster sugar
  • 6.0 tbsp marsala
  • 50.0g dark chocolate , chopped
  • 142.0ml tub double cream , lightly whipped
  • 5.0 tbsp fresh ground coffee
  • 85.0g caster sugar
  • 3.0 tbsp brandy
  • 200.0g bag Italian sponge fingers , we used Savoiardi Boudoir biscuits
