- 1 c. Thinly sliced celery
- 1/4 c. Thinly sliced green onions
- 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 c. Plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 c. Fresh reduced-fat lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. Cilantro, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
