  • 1 x Boston or possibly butter lettuce, torn into bite size pcs
  • 1 x radicchio, torn into bite size pcs
  • 1 x watercress, tough stems trimmed
  •     arugula
  • 1 x cucumber, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 1 x celery stalk, thinly sliced
  •     freshly grated Parmesan cheese
