  •     or possibly homemade stock
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. veg. oil
  • 2/3 c. cashew nuts
  •     Dry red pepper flakes to taste
  • 1 lb mushrooms sliced thin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 x scallions white sliced thin,
  •     green tops minced and reserved separately
  • 3/4 tsp Asian sesame oil
  • 3 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 lb broccoli thick stems removed,
  •     tops cut small florets - (abt 1 qt)
  • 1 1/2 lb napa Chinese cabbage - (abt 1/2 head) shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
