- 5 x Egg whites
- Â Â Unsalted butter
- Â Â Flour
- 3 ounce Semisweet chocolate
- 1 c. Heavy cream, whipped
- 3 Tbsp. Apricot jam
- 1 Tbsp. Dark rum
- 4 ounce Semisweet chocolate
- 6 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
