- 2 Tbsp. Wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Salad oil
- 1/8 tsp Grnd ginger

In A Screw-top Jar, Combine All Ingredients And Shake Vigorously. Cover And Chill. Keeps Several Weeks In The Refrigerator. Excellent For Salad Greens With Minced Chicken!!!
