- 1 lrg Onion (bermuda or possibly perhaps videlia are both good), finely minced
- 2Â 1/4 c. Diced tomatoes
- 1Â 1/2 c. Finely minced sweet peppers (mix green, red, yellow, whatever)
- 1/2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/2 med Cucumber, diced
- 1 med Zuchini, diced
- 1 x Ripe avacado, diced
- 3 x -(up to)
- 4 x Scallions, finely minced
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 x Lemon, juice of
- 1 x Lime, juice of
- 3 Tbsp. Wine vinegar
- 6 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp Taragon
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1/2 Tbsp. Dill weed
- 3 Tbsp. Parsely
- 2 Tbsp. Cilantro
- 1 dsh Grnd cumin
- 3 x -(up to)
- 4 dsh Tabasco sauce (I prefer Frank's Red Warm)
