Ingredients
- 1Â 1/2 lb Dry apricots
- 1 quart Warm water
- 10 lrg Garlic cloves
- 1 lrg Onion -- minced fine
- 1 x 3" piece of fresh ginger
- 1Â 1/4 c. Vinegar -- (see Note at Bottom)
- 1 lb Sugar -- (see Note at Bottom)
- 1/4 tsp Salt -- I use at least 1
- Â Â Tsp
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne
- 1 c. Raisins
