Apricot And Raisin Chutney Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Dry apricots
  • 1 quart Warm water
  • 10 lrg Garlic cloves
  • 1 lrg Onion -- minced fine
  • 1 x 3" piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 1/4 c. Vinegar -- (see Note at Bottom)
  • 1 lb Sugar -- (see Note at Bottom)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt -- I use at least 1
  •     Tsp
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne
  • 1 c. Raisins
