  • 11 x Bay leaves
  • 2 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Dry thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Dry oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 c. Minced celery
  • 1 c. Minced onions
  • 3 Tbsp. Minced garlic
  • 1/2 c. Brandy
  • 1 c. Port wine
  • 2 x Egg whites
  • 1 c. Whole pistachios
  • 1/4 c. Finely-minced parsley
