Artichoke Nibbles Recipe


  • 2 (6 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 sm. finely minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon each pepper, oregano, Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 pound (2 c.) sharp cheddar, grated
  • 2 T parsley flakes
