Barbecue Stew (not Brunswick Stew) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/3 lb Smoked pork (butt or possibly shoulder), smoked Minced
  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 1 quart Tomatoes, canned
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. Catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. Texas Pete Warm Sauce
  • 1 x Bay leaf
  • 3 Tbsp. Bottled chili sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 dsh Cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1 sm Can butter beans
  • 1 sm Can corn
  • 3 med Potatoes, diced
  • 1 quart Water
  • 2 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce

Put Every Thing Except The Beans And Corn In A Large Pot. Simmer(don't Boil) For 2 1/2 Hour Stirring Occasionally Till The Potatoes Are Nearly Done Add In Vinegar And Vegetables.…
