- 2 Tbsp. Light soy sauce
- 1/2 c. Chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Finely minced garlic
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Sherry
- 1Â 1/2 c. Peanut oil, for frying
