Absolutely Apricot Bread Recipe


  • 3/4 c. water
  • 2 c. bread flour
  • 1 Tbsp. dry lowfat milk or possibly 1 tbsp malted lowfat milk pwdr
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. apricot jam
  • 1/2 c. dry apricots
  • 2 tsp yeast


Use Light Crust Feature. If Not Using An ABM:Mix. Let Rise To Double. Shape Into Loaf And Let Rise To Double. Bake At 350 For 30 Min.
