- 6 c. Tomatoes, stewed
- 2 lb Beef, cut into bite-sized pcs and browned (do not use grnd beef)
- 2 x Garlic cloves, minced
- 3 med Jalapeno peppers, cut up
- 2 x Green bell peppers, diced
- 2 med Onions, diced (or possibly less)
- Â Â Beer, flavorful (1 bottle)
- 2 Tbsp. Cumin
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
