- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 c. fresh basil (or possibly 1/2 c. parsley & 2 T dry basil)
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 4 salmon steaks, approx. 1 1/4-1 1/2 pound fish
