- 2 Tbsp. unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. chopped peeled fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp dry crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp grnd cumin
- 1Â 1/4 lb top sirloin steak - (to 1 1/2) cut crosswise
- Â Â into 1/4" to 1/3"-thk slices, and
- Â Â then cut into 3" strips
- 3/4 lb linguine
- 1 Tbsp. oriental sesame oil
- 2 x cucumbers - (12 ounce ea) peeled,
