• 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 c. Fine dry breadcrumbs, unseasoned
• 1 x Egg, beaten
• 3 Tbsp. Sliced green onions or possibly fresh cilantro, whichever you prefer
• 2 ounce Crab fat, (if available and optional)
