Tagliatelle With Artichokes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Tagliatelle
  • 4 x Globe artichokes
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 sm Onion
  • 2/3 c. Dry white wine
  • 1/2 x Lemon , juice of
  • 2/3 c. Chicken or possibly beef stock
  • 1 c. Heavy cream, (or possibly evaporated skim lowfat milk)
  •     Salt and black pepper
  • 1/2 c. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
