  • 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. whole grain Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c. finely-grated Parmesan cheese - (3/4 ounce)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
