Low Fat Hot Krab Fondue Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  • 2 Tablespoons onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup fat free skim milk
  • 8 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, cut into pieces, at room temperature
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 pound limitation crab meat, run it through a food processor
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • French bread cubes or Sour dough French bread
