- Â Â Carrots
- Â Â Cucumbers
- Â Â Water chestnuts
- Â Â Avocado
- Â Â Scallions
- Â Â Asparagus
- Â Â Scrambled Large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
