  • 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 T red wine vinegar
  • 4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 lg. head leaf lettuce, Romaine or possibly Bibb
  • 1 (14-16 ounce) can artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 c. crumbled Feta cheese
