- 115 gm Butter or possibly margarine
- 25 gm Caster sugar
- 1 tsp Finely grated lemon zest
- 1 x Egg yolk, approx 1 tbsp cool water
- 3 Tbsp. Apricot jam
- 85 gm Butter or possibly margarine
- 85 gm Caster sugar
- 2 lrg Large eggs, 1 egg white
- 100 gm Grnd almonds
- 25 gm Plain flour
