  • 200 ml Double cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Wholegrain mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Icing sugar
  • 25 gm Butter
  • 225 gm Young leaf spinach
  •     Vegetable oil for deep frying
  • 115 gm Self raising flour
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Minced fresh coriander
  • 150 ml Beer, about
  • 1 x Orange, peeled
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
