- 2 x Capsicums cut into strips
- 2 x Onions minced into strips
- 2 x Onions quartered
- 2 x Tomatoes minced
- 1 c. Slices mixed vegetables, (frenchbeans, carrots, cauliflower, etc.)
- 1 tsp Ginger grated
- 1 tsp Garlic grated
- 1 c. Curd
- 2 x Bay leaves
- 2 x Cloves
- 1 x Inch cinnamon stick
- 2 x Cardamoms
- 4 whl black peppers, (4 to 5)
- 1 tsp Red chilli pwdr
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- Â Â Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric pwdr
- 2 pch asafoetida, (2 to 3)
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Coriander minced
- 10 x Cashews, (10 to 15)
- 10 x Almonds sliced to flakes, (optional) (10 to 12)
- 4 Tbsp. Ghee, (4 to 5)
