  • 3/4 c. Beef broth
  • 2 Tbsp. Bottled beet horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c. Half-inch cubed pot roast
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
